The individual members support The American Turkish Society not only through financial contributions but also their dedication to the Society’s mission of enhancing relations and understanding between the U.S and Turkey. Individual members consist of Americans who would like to learn more about Turkey; those who have lived, worked or studied in Turkey or plan to do so; Turkish-Americans wishing to maintain their connection to Turkey; and everyone who considers themselves connoisseurs of Turkish arts & culture, history, and tourism.

Annual individual membership is $100. Special rates are available for families ($150) and students ($50).

The American Turkish Society is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to American Turkish Society are deductible to the extent allowed by law.
The American Turkish Society files a report annually with the New York Attorney General, as required by New York law.
